As our population ages, more and more of us confront elder law-related issues such as Long-Term care, whether for ourselves or our parents. Attorney Terrence Bertram will be discussing current Long-Term care issues from a legal perspective relevant to caregivers or any professional who interacts with our aging population.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, over half of the individuals who are currently turning 65 will need some form of long-term care services at some point in their lives. This makes the process of long-term care planning even more crucial, particularly as a larger portion of our society continues to age.
