I grew up spending much of my free time "at work with Dad" and, like my father, I share a passion for working with families and assisting those who are vulnerable. My experience, combined with a desire to help others, is what led me to join Legacy Law Center in 2013. As the Client Services Specialist, my role is to work with both clients and attorneys to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.
Advocating for others is something that has always been ingrained in me, and I take pride in being able to advocate for our clients and their families while building relationships with them.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and have previously worked in a variety of positions in the social work field, including in direct care with children and adults with developmental disabilities, as a Paraeducator for the Saline Area School District, and as a Foster Care Worker. Additionally, I job shadowed with the Honorable Judge Darlene A. O’Brien at the Washtenaw County Probate Court, where I was able to observe the legal proceedings for matters in both probate and family court.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at home with my cats Maizy and Brady. I also love being on the lake, U of M Football, and my newest hobby—skydiving!
